Refund policy

When a Replacement or Refund Applies

The customer is entitled to a free replacement or a refund if:

  • the received phone case has a manufacturing defect;
  • the case model does not match the one ordered;
  • the design differs from the one that was ordered.

Timeframe

Any issue must be reported within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.


How to Report an Issue

To start a replacement or refund process, please contact us at info@ilse.lt and provide:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos or a video showing the problem (if applicable).

What Is Not Covered

A replacement or refund does not apply if:

  • the case was damaged due to improper use;
  • the issue occurred due to mechanical damage after delivery;
  • the provided information or evidence is insufficient to evaluate the claim.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
